NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF WURTSBORO ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

COUNTY OF SULLIVAN, STATE OF NEW YORK

            PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been presented to the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wurtsboro by Frank and Elizabeth Krupp for a side yard set back area variance for an addition to an existing single family residence located at 62 Pine Street, Wurtsboro, New York, identified as Section 106, Block 16, Lot 5 on the Tax Map of the Village of Wurtsboro in the Village Residential (R-1) Zoning District.

The complete application and supporting documentation for the area variance is on file with the Clerk of the Village of Wurtsboro at Village Hall and is available for public review during normal business hours.

THEREFORE, pursuant to the Village of Wurtsboro Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wurtsboro will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid proposed action via Zoom videoconferencing technology, pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1, on the 21st day of October, 2020, at 7:00 pm, at which time all interested persons will be heard.
